Our relationship

and staffing

We will meet you where you are—Depending on your needs, our relationship may be best suited to a standard hourly fee structure, fractional outside general counsel arrangement, or alternative fee arrangement. We can put any of these on the table and find the approach that works best for your organization’s needs.

We aim to use the most efficient personnel for a project. For example, whenever possible we will have a paralegal work on a project to make most efficient use of your resources.

How we use AI and information technology

Artificial intelligence (AI) and information technology tools are transforming the practice of law, and will bring greater efficiency and improve work product. We embrace these developments, and the beneficial disruption they are bringing.  Of course we will always ensure that a legal professional reviews and is accountable for deliverables. We will leverage available tools, including AI, to improve efficiency and to enhance the delivery of legal services.
